• Provide valuable input to Trading & Origination reporting and other ad-hoc analyses as required by the business and Finance management.

About you

What you’ll bring to the table

• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, Accountant or similar.
• Finance experience in industry coupled with Big4 would be highly regarded.
• Qualified CA/CPA or working towards CA or CPA qualification.
• Exposure to Finance modules in ERP (preferably SAP).
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven experience in month-end close processes and working with large complex data sets.

About the Role

Reporting to the Credit Affordability and Integrity Manager, internal movement has created full time positions in our Melbourne, Docklands head office for 2 Credit Functional Analysts to join the team.

This role sits within the Credit Affordability and Integrity team whose responsibilities include, (but are not limited to), ownership of the following core functions:

The Finance Analyst FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) role is a great opportunity for an aspiring Finance leader to be at the central of activities in guiding, setting and delivering OES Group financial objectives. The primary purpose of this role is to partner with senior managers, executives across Australia, UK and US  and the broader Finance team in coordinating and delivering OES Group’s short term, medium term financial objectives, and monthly forecasting of financial performance and capital investments.

Reporting to an experienced Commercial Finance Manager the key responsibilities of the role would include:

·       Coordinating and delivering the annual budget, medium term plan and monthly forecast for the OES Group’s financial performance and capital investment plan

·       Implementing the agreed capital investment framework across the business

·       Supporting broader stakeholders in formulating business cases

·       Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in current processes

·       Support the automation effort/system implementation for planning and reporting across Finance

·       Undertaking financial modelling/analysis to support planning and forecasting decisions

·       Building deeper commercial knowledge and capability through the business

·       Supporting building a high performing, supportive and collaborative culture

This is a temp to permanent opportunity for the right individual, with an initial 6 month contract. This role will suit an experienced Finance Analyst who looks to broaden experience and career in a progressive team and supportive organisation.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a high performing team and also autonomously manage own workload
• Strong financial modelling skills (advanced MS Excel skills)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience developing long term plans and business cases

Squiz is looking for an IT/Application Support Analyst to join our managed services team. Supporting Squiz’s clients across our various products. We are open to background and experience but ideally 1-2 years experience in a similar support role within a software/applications environment.

This role is open to location but you must be comfortable working Sydney timezone covering core hours 10am-6pm.

How you’ll add value

This role serves on the front line of the IT Service Desk providing day to day 1st and 2nd level desktop support services to all business areas.  Works closely with all the internal IT teams and 3rd party vendors to support IT services and systems ensuring processes are followed and service levels are met. 
There is a need to work flexible hours on a shift basis to support business demands at particular times, support for the rollout of system changes.
This role is responsible for delivery exceptional customer service and ticket handling.

• Acting as the first point of contact into the IT Service Desk and ensuring all incidents/requests are managed correctly. 
• Classifing incoming Incident and Requests and ensuring correct prioritisation including recording quality description, progress, and resolution details in the ticket
• Performing initial triage and troubleshooting activities for all tickets and escalating to next level technical support teams where necessary
• Contributing to Service Desk/IT process and service improvements and identifing opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and permanent fix rate
• Creating/Modifing/Removing access for all users in a wide range of applications including Windows/Azure Active Directory, MS Exchange, etc
