• Weekly reporting of groups “on the books” and identifying key demand periods and low demand periods.

• Support the customer on release readiness by identifying opportunities for customers to take advantage of product innovations to increase value and impact over time

• Use insight available to conduct consistent customer health checks to ensure solution adoption, optimization, satisfaction and engagement. Take action and provide recommendations to drive improvements when risk is identified

• Identify any potential risk to revenue loss or renewal by raising and managing Red Account Objects together with Account Managers and other internal functions to remediate and ensure revenue retention

• Build advocacy within the given book of business to increase the number of referenceable customers, identify case studies and other content which can be used to increase growth opportunities

• Contribute to adoption, best practice content and events held by the Community & Education team to increase the opportunities for self service education, including hosting best practice sessions for customers

• Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

As our Connectivity Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for directly engaging with key customers on connectivity opportunities and supporting our Sales team. You’ll do this by understanding the Customer’s challenges and collaboratively designing solutions with NEXTDC’s connectivity product set. You’ll also solve challenges and engage internally with a wide range of stakeholders including NEXTDC Sales, Facilities and Engineering and other key internal and external stakeholders. 

What you’ll do:

• Establish strong relationships with key technical contacts in strategic Customer organisations leading to increased NEXTDC connectivity sales
• Build relationships with key connectivity partners (AI / Cloud / Carriers & Ecosystem partners) to enhance the NEXTDC’s connectivity offering by expanding connectivity options (e.g. Increasing AXON ecosystem providers)
• Creatively solve customer challenges within the parameters of NEXTDC’s connectivity product set and aiding network design and architecture
• Provide deep technical assistance to the Sales team to close connectivity opportunities
• Provide high quality customer proposals including network diagrams
• Successfully hand over closed opportunities to the NEXTDC delivery teams

We are looking for Operator/Maintainer to join our Geraldton team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves expert maintenance services while operating and maintaining both fixed and mobile plant equipment as needed (inclusive of unloading trucks).

This job is crucial to ensuring the efficient and safe operation of plant equipment.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Proven experience as a Fixed Plant Operator Maintainer.
• Familiarity with plant maintenance and ore stockpile management.
• Mechanically minded, with a strong ambition to learn new skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to perform under pressure and in varying environmental conditions.
• Ability to work across both day and night shifts as required.
• Knowledge of and commitment to complying with Australian Federal Laws and Western Australia state laws and regulations.  Good record-keeping is essential for compliance purposes.
