ROLE PURPOSE 

The Senior Digital Activation Executive is accountable for ensuring that clients’ investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building strong relationships with them. They are also supporting, coaching and training the Coordinators and Digital Activation Executives in the team ensuring their outputs meet expectations. 

 
This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse mix of clients, including a leading FMCG ice cream brand and a not-for-profit organization making a meaningful impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Campaign Implementation 

• Reviewing and answering to client briefs. Ensuring smooth implementation and delivery campaigns. 
• The role also requires liaising with internal coordinators and teams to ensure seamless implementation and error-free execution of campaigns and projects.

• Full accountability for the accuracy of implementation within your team, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs. 

• Full accountability for the accuracy of reporting, with the development of clear insights, ensuring the client has a clear knowledge of the impact of their investment on their business. 

 
Client 

• Works autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables. 
• Reporting and data analysis will be part of your routine, ensuring clients receive accurate, actionable insights. It’s a dynamic role that mixes strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive client success.
• You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, error-free campaign execution while troubleshooting any technical issues and optimizing performance

• Full accountability for ensuring we are in the best possible position to hit designated client’s business KPI’s. 

• Focused on building strong professional relationship with clients. 

Team & Communication 

• Developing strong working relationships with their: 

• Digital Activation team and wider agency: building your personal brand within the agency. 

• Managers & Directors: aptitude to manage upwards when required. 

• Coordinators & Executives: assisting in their development and ensuring the accuracy of their output. 

• Internal client teams: effectively assisting them and taking care of expectations. 

• Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner. 

• Guiding Executives & Coordinators on a day to day basis - educates & motivates to help develop skills and duties. 

• Working closely with Managers and Directors to ensure quality control processes are adhered to - Identify issues and streamlining where necessary. 

• Sharing of knowledge, innovations and insights with the wider team. 

 
Administration 

• Full accountability for monthly invoicing ensuring no errors and timely completion. 

• Reconciles budgets and implements any changes that may be required. 

• Forecasts spend and revenue, flagging any potential over servicing/under servicing with Director. 

YOUR SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE 

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a digital media related role.  

• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media marketing, backed by relevant experience. 

• Preferably a degree or higher education qualifications. 

• Expert understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape. 

• Expert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 

• Excellent experience to analyse and manipulate data, extracting insights for reporting.

As a VCE tutor at Contour, rather than tutoring one student at a time, you can now motivate groups of students with your knowledge and experience without the hassle of more admin work and finding students.

Access to High-Quality Tutoring Material

You’ve probably spent hundreds of unpaid hours making tutoring resources for your students. We know it can be an extremely time-consuming process, and arguably one of the more boring and tedious parts of being a tutor. But that’s where we come in! We’ve spent thousands of hours creating resources and detailed notes for VCE subjects. All we need now is you—the tutor!

All you have to do is prepare for your tutoring session by reading over the class workbooks beforehand, and provide an excellent tutoring experience to your students :)

Competitive Pay and Compensation

We pride ourselves on compensating and rewarding our tutors for their hard work. The starting rate ranges from $90 to $160 per 2-hour class (exc. Super) depending on the size of the classes you take. If you're already a veteran tutor, then apply for our senior tutor role and the rates can only get higher as you pick up more classes, show dedication to Contour, and contribute to the success of your students!

We've also introduced a new compensation model since 2024 where you'll also share part of the revenue generated by your classes. We want you to feel rewarded for introducing students to Contour and doing a great job at making them happy, so if Contour grows, you'll grow with it!

In some circumstances, if you already have private students but want to transfer them over to Contour, we can potentially even provide payouts so you can move all your tutoring work to us. Win-win!

Minimal Admin Work

There is almost no requirement for admin work. All you have to do is take simple attendance, manage student emails, and address student questions promptly outside of class via social media/text/email. Our support teams organise class days and times, following up on missed attendance, managing payments and enrolments, so you can just focus on the student and tutoring. However, If you’d like to create additional resources for us or do more non-tutoring work, we can also organise tailored payment plans to suit your needs :)

When you work with us, you’ll also have the chance to learn from tutors who have spent thousands of hours tutoring and have garnered years of experience, perfecting their craft.
