Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Lead all aspects of the link building process: briefing (internal & external), execution, quality checks, escalation management (where necessary)
• Monitor and optimise associated costs for all link building products, utilising negotiation skills and innovating new product opportunities to achieve company goals
• Review key subsets of clients monthly to reshape link strategy and approach, in line with company goals of cost management and client success.
• In 6 months, review our offering inline with the broader market, conduct a SWOT to identify future opportunities.
• Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas for link building
• Vendor relationship management

• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Digital Marketing Agency experience is advantageous
• Strong experience in Project Management & Digital PR
• Sound understanding of SEO principles
• Experience in end to end process management - briefing/reviewing/proofing
• Hands-on, and are comfortable in driving both offsite strategy and day-to-day management of link building process
• Experience in budget management

As a critical and trusted member of the Systems Engineering team, you'll be working side-by-side with software engineers to design and deliver mission critical services and systems. You'll be working with infrastructure and services at scale, utilizing wide variety of cutting edge technologies used to support our high-traffic real-time Freelancer.com marketplace and a range of other business products fully deployed in Amazon Web Services cloud and powered by Nginx, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Consul, Docker, and Kubernetes. It is our mission to build highly resilient, dynamically scaling, self-healing systems by automating and monitoring everything using Terraform, Puppet, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, and Jenkins.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking and systems architecture;
• Strong experience working with Linux, as well as database, web, and file servers at scale in production environments;
• Strong experience with any cloud, virtualization, and/or container services (AWS, GCP, Azure, VMware, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, AWS ECS)
• Experience working with any configuration management and infrastructure orchestration tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, CloudFormation or Terraform;
• Programming experience with any of Python, Go, PHP,Ruby, Node.js.
• Experience with incident response and security-focused mindset;
• University Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related field) is preferred;

Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in Adelaide on a Permanent full-time basis.

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and will see you utilise your awesome Customer Service experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians on scheduling and make outgoing calls to customers to promote our products and services.

Core responsibilities in the role include:

• Keeping the customer at the centre of your thinking by taking responsibility and ownership for customer satisfaction, loyalty and responding to customer queries related to their bookings in an effective manner.
• Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
• Demonstrate experience in customer service, including the ability to display empathy and active listening skills. Provide a high level of customer service and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy while scheduling appointments for residential customers
• Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities using excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills
• Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and meet sales targets while working as a team and independently.
• Ability to multi-task and attend to ad-hoc jobs as and when they arise
• Documentation of all relevant information on the CRM to provide clear instruction for field technicians.
• Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience working in call centre (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales
• Capable of working with multiple web-based data-bases and email programs. 
• Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
• Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
