About the Role:

• This role will run from mid October to mid January. Suitable candidates will have full availability during this time.
• We have several shifts available from Monday to Sunday between 7am to 8pm, to accommodate for differing availabilities.
• Shifts will be approx. 6 hours in length 
• You will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday - Wednesday & Saturday availability is preferred). Availability beyond this is welcomed . 
• Please note this role is not desk bound with most of your time spent moving / on your feet.

Your day-to-day 

• Performing in a fast-paced, high volume warehouse environment
• Dispatching of all orders using our systems to fulfil & ship orders
• Picking of items for customers using our trolley system
• Navigating a very large warehouse space using a phone device 
• Ability to withstand repetitive movements
• Quality control (QC) of items during dispatch
• Adhering to safe manual handling procedures
• Some heavy lifting may be involved (moving incoming stock & organising stock)
• Quality control (QC) of items upon dispatch
• Returns processing when needed

Job Title: Exercise Physiologist
Location: Adelaide, SA

We are seeking a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join multidisciplinary and supportive team in Adelaide. In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing exercise-based rehabilitation programs for individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, design, and implement exercise programs for MSK injuries and conditions
• Develop tailored rehabilitation plans for workers' compensation clients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors
• Provide reports and liaise with case managers, insurers, and employers

About You:

• Degree in Exercise Physiology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, stakeholders, and healthcare teams
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines in workers' compensation and injury management
• Proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the role:

Our team is growing aggressively, with plans to use our recent funding to triple in size over the next year. We are looking for a Transport Manager to manage the day-to-day allocation of freight for our rapidly growing client base. We're looking for people with extensive experience in the transport industry, ideally middle mile road freight forwarding.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end fulfilment process with transport carriers for our clients
• Get into the weeds to understand the root cause and put in appropriate actions to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain industry leading DIFOT while adhering to CoR / HVNL requirements
• Use our proprietary internal TMS, identify improvements and train team members
• Manage any issues escalated by your team & support Operations Manager as needed
• Motivate and lead a team of several people

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive transport industry experience (ideally middle mile freight forwarding)
• Wide network of line-haul carriers around Australia would be very advantageous
• Comfortable working with computer systems (we will teach you ours)
• Comfortable leading a team under intense pressure
• Practical and proactive mindset to find transport solutions for our clients
• Desire to learn, adapt and grow!

Responsibilities

• Acts as the bridge between sales and Professional Services for customer's needs.
• Develop a bid and winning strategy in collaboration with the Business Development Executives that aligns with Datacom’s objectives and complies with customer needs.
• Assemble and lead the pursuit team, liaising with service line leaders for the solutioning aspects, the sales team for commercial and pricing aspects, and the legal team for contractual aspects.
• Provide support during the sales process and help in crafting compelling value propositions.
• Ensure that proposals comply with quality standards and adhere to submission guidelines.
• Manage the submission process and handle post-submission activities, including responding to client queries, participating in bid presentations or interviews with any appropriate and relevant participants, and debriefing on bid outcomes.
• Track and measure sales performance to identify areas for improvement and focus
• Equip the sales teams for success throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Support the development of sales collaterals and offer coaching and mentorship to help salespeople hone their skills and close deals effectively
