Work Basis – Full Time 38 hours per week
Hey Hawker, we are an Asian Cuisine restaurant located in St James WA, which was established since 2020. As a popular restaurant in Perth, Hey Hawker is known for its vibrant and flavourful Southeast Asian street food. At our restaurant, we are committed to providing high food quality and hospitality service to our customers.

We are currently seeking a professional restaurant manager to join our growing team.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient front-of-house experience while driving profitability and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Below are the key responsibilities and duties:
? Manage Daily Operations:
Supervise front-of-house operations, including the dining room and customer service areas.
Oversee seating arrangements, dining reservations, and ensure an optimal guest flow.
? Guest Satisfaction:
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
? Staff Supervision & Training:
Lead, motivate, and train staff.
Implement ongoing coaching to develop team skills, foster professional growth, and ensure adherence to service standards.
? Collaboration with Back-of-House:
Collaborate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and a high-quality dining experience.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages in line with restaurant standards.
? Inventory & Supply Management:
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Work with suppliers and manage the ordering process efficiently.
? Policy Implementation & Enforcement:
Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Maintain a safe and organized front-of-house environment.
? Budget & Financial Management:
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive profitability through effective cost control.
Oversee rostering and scheduling to optimize labour costs while ensuring sufficient staffing.
? Leadership & Culture Development:
Foster a positive work culture, emphasizing teamwork, exceptional customer service, and achieving collective goals.
Adapt to changes and growth, ensuring the restaurant's success as the brand evolves.
? Customer Service Excellence:
Deliver exceptional customer service by leading by example and setting high standards of service quality.
Ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
We are expecting that:
? You have qualification in hospitality management
? At least two years relevant work experience
? Highly organized with excellent managerial skills
? Be able to work under pressure
