NRMA Murramarang Resort,  is located just north of Batemans Bay, but once you have reached our destination, it feels almost a world away.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will form and play an integral part in our Head of Department structure.  You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in the Front Office / Guest Services department. You will lead by example and your hard work and passion will be rewarded with plenty of responsibility and a real opportunity to shine!

You will assist in providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to the front office team; from task allocation to team rosters and an escalation point for guest or team queries. You will ensure effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management, to guarantee a smooth operation.

What you’ll bring:

• A reputation for providing excellent customer service, with a genuine interest in engaging great conversation with our guests 
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams with a customer service focus – hospitality/tourism industry will be highly regarded
• Effective time management and an eye for detail  
• Passionate and team-oriented with a "lead from the front" mentality
• Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required
• CRM system experience not essential but highly regarded (Newbook and/or RMS)

Find your balance and join our Grounds and Maintenance team, where no day is ever same at NRMA Murramarang Resort!  This is a casual position, with hours available up to 38 per week.  Availability is required for shifts rostered across some weekends for either morning or afternoon shifts.

What you will do:

• Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds and facilities 
• Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities
• Pool maintenance
• Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting

What you will bring:

• Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder.
• Previous experience with ride on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal
• Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
• Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history.
• Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a high level of physical fitness.

Please note, this is a physically demanding role.
