We are currently seeking a motivated Property Manager to work within our successful Occupier Services team based onsite with a highly valued client. Located at the client’s head office in Hamilton, you will be responsible for the management of a corporate property portfolio within Australia, maintaining close liaison with portfolio clients, and fostering an efficient, harmonious, and close working relationship. This is a fixed term contract that will finish at the end of March 2025.

Bringing expertise and agility, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of landlord negotiations on sublease / assignments.
• Assist with finalising property responsibilities, including but not limited to termination / transfer of electricity accounts and relevant utilities.
• Ensure compliance with the transition dates and relevant landlord consent, including facilitating the execution of the deeds and subleases.
• Work with the Clients legal team, site conversion lead and retailer business consultants to ensure relevant clauses are accurately reflected in property, brand, and supply agreements.
• Deal with the day-to-day portfolio management requirements, including reconciling and approving invoices.
• Participate in the maintenance of detailed project tracking and progress of assignment of leases.
• Resolve disputes surrounding lease obligations and where necessary instruct legal to serve notice to enforce Lessor obligations.

• Overseeing daily Hotel daily activity to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and mentoring to develop the team
• Implementing and maintaining hotel policies, procedures and standards
• Analysing hotel performance data and making recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
• Fostering a positive work culture and promoting teamwork amongst the hotel staff
• Handling guest enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the hotel's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained and operating at peak performance
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and motivated to deliver exceptional service
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance activities to minimise disruptions and maximise asset uptime
• Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Location: Remote, with travel to various EACH sites across Australia
Work Type: Full-time, permanent. We can consider 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.
Salary: From $120k negotiable.

Your Role:
Reporting to the Program Director Mental Health and Alcohol and Other drugs as the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be key in driving the reform agenda within our MHAOD Program. You’ll partner agilely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to lead projects that align with EACH’s strategic goals such as support workforce development initiatives, service enhancement projects and implementation of new services.

What You’ll Do:

• MHAOD Reform Lead Key Projects: Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support Workforce Development: Enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Service Management: Provide interim support for service continuity or support establishment of new services.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships and provide clear project updates.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for service enhancements.

About You:
With 5+ years in senior roles in mental health or AOD services, you’re a strong project manager with a commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed care. You bring expertise in contract management, risk assessment and a strategic approach to driving change.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in allied health related discipline, health, health management, business or relevant fields; postgraduate qualifications are a plus. A current driver’s license and a commitment to cultural safety are essential.
