The Opportunity:
Komatsu ANZ has over employees locally with over 60,000 employees around the world and is renowned for their top-quality machinery supplied into the mining, construction, earth moving and material handling. Industries.
This permanent full-time role will be managing a large and stable client base as their key point of contact for all after sales support. You will be responsible for managing a machines entire lifecycle from the time it is sold to the remanufacturing process.
This position will manage these accounts with their servicing, parts, and aftermarket requirements across all of Komatsus product line.
The central office location for this position is in Mudgee however, the successful candidate will need to travel around the Central West to visit key customer sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing out of the box solutions to customers to better embed Komatsu into key accounts.
