As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clients’ assets. Your ability to manage budgets effectively and contribute to investment plans to maximise asset values will also be key, as will the ability to control costs and expenditure.

Other key accountabilities include:

• Ensuring building compliance and driving initiatives on engineering standards across the business

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the inter-departmental briefing process, act as the project manager for all marketing campaigns, and serve as the key point of contact between the marketing team and other departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing activities, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and timelines met.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all inter-departmental briefs for marketing projects, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.

This role is part of the Global Impact Guided organisation reporting to the GEO Guided Leader. The CSM serves as a named resource to customers who purchase ServiceNow Impact Guided, a value acceleration product that combines predictive software with human ingenuity to help customers adopt ServiceNow solutions quickly, optimise platform health, and realise value faster. The CSM orchestrates all deliverables Impact Guided customers are entitled to, drives consumption of Impact accelerators, and training courses. They also will develop executive relationships across their strategic accounts and will be a single point of contact internally and externally to evangelise the Impact Guided brand. The purpose of this role is to accelerate time to value, mitigate risks.

What you will be doing?

• Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests.
• Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
• Take responsibility of Night Manager duties in their absence. 

About you

• Previous Night Auditor experience preferable.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills.
• An ability to work night shifts across a 7 day roster.
• An open, unrestricted driver licence - confidence in driving is essential. 
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate – Victoria.
