We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the inter-departmental briefing process, act as the project manager for all marketing campaigns, and serve as the key point of contact between the marketing team and other departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing activities, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and timelines met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all inter-departmental briefs for marketing projects, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.
  • Act as the project manager for all marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, tracking progress, and managing timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration on marketing-related initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to all inter-departmental stakeholders on the status of marketing campaigns and related activities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Optimize time management processes to ensure maximum efficiency across all marketing operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional marketing projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
