OceanaGold is seeking a professional and highly motivated Senior Business Partner – Rewards & Performance to join our People & Culture Team. Reporting to the Group Manager, Reward and Performance, the role supports the implementation and execution of salary programs and policies involving research, analyses and development of modifications to compensation and benefits programs to meet organisation objectives and needs. Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll, market pay, and employee engagement analyses and insights.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide guidance in designing and administering compensation and benefits programs with periodic review and recommendation.
• Act as subject matter expert on performance appraisal processes, and provides guidance on employee recognition and rewards.
• Act as subject matter expert on salary benchmarking and analysis.

As a Senior Signalling Engineer at Omada, your impact will be in the independent design review function including the verification process and the final sign-off of designs. You will utilise your specialist knowledge in rail signalling to deliver technical guidance to signalling teams to contribute to the successful management and delivery of projects for clients.
