We have full time, part time and casual positions available.
The Care Companion is responsible for all primary care needs of our residents including ADL care, provision of meals, cleaning and laundry. This role will contribute to a successful and sustainable care culture. Mercy Place Montrose offers small household living - a small number of residents living together in each of our eight room apartments.

Undertake care and documentation to the highest standard
Pay rates range from $31.2705 - $32.59 (pay rates will be dependent on experience post qualification)
ABOUT YOU:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
Previous experience in Aged Care is desirable
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
Previous experience in cooking or in a hospitality environment

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Candidates are required to meet the position and qualification requirements.
Provide a current Police Record Check and/or NDIS Worker Screen Check (Mercy Health may conduct additional background checks subject to current legislation).
