Out traineeships comprise a twelve-month employment and education training program, where trainee’s both undertake paid employment and work towards gaining industry recognized qualification. During the program period, we allow you time for study in an equivalent Certificate IV qualification while you undertake two rotations within the account business line.

Job Summary:

The Trainee Coordinator will undertake rotations across the various contract service lines, and both learn and support the management of the contract. The role will have interactions with Cushman and Wakefield team members, our client and external service providers, relevant to the area of rotation.

About the role:

• Support team efforts in delivering client services effectively.

• Handle data collection, validation, management, and reporting.

• Provide administrative assistance as required.

• Attend meetings and forums as necessary.

• Ensure tasks are completed on time with consistent quality.

• Follow company policies, prioritize safety, and comply with environmental standards.

• Uphold Cushman & Wakefield's values and understand its offerings.

Skills and Experience:

• A keen interest in the built environment and the services within this property industry.  These include facilities management, lease and property management, finance, procurement, health & safety, and sustainability.

• Some previous experience working in the property industry (e.g., work experience, paid/unpaid part time role)

• Volunteering experience or similar space desirable

• Intent to commence a tertiary qualification that is applicable to the services provided by Cushman & Wakefield

• Competent with MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Work Location: predominantly office based, with allowance for flexible location working.

At the core, you will be accountable for supporting end-to-end campaign management, including but not limited to: building and testing all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nines’ Ad specifications and providing timely and accurate mid-to-end of campaign reporting.

Day to day you will:

• Test, troubleshoot, and schedule all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nine ad specifications and creative lead times
• Work closely with Campaign Managers to resolve creative issues and project manage all site sponsorships
• Provide a high-level of service to stakeholders to ensure a smooth go-live for campaign launches
• Support the Campaign Managers in the day-to-day management, implementation and organisation of all digital advertising campaigns
• Provide accurate and timely end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth
• Attend sales WIPs to communicate any challenges in meeting campaign start dates

ABOUT YOU:

• Ability to commit to completing our 12- week training program prior to employment (it’s funded by us!). Note: The training is fully remote and conducted full-time Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM AEDT. Start date for this intake will be confirmed upon application.
• Full working rights in Australia (at least 2 years)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated self-starter attitude, with the ability to learn independently as well as in group environments
• Demonstrates an interest and passion to work in technology! [No experience or education in tech required]
• Experience in a professional or fast-paced working environment desirable
• Experience working directly with clients and/or customers desirable
