Reporting to the Workshop Manager this role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of tyres for heavy vehicles, thereby contributing to the safety and efficiency of our haulage fleet. Duties of this role include but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough inspections to identify and diagnose tyre damage and wear, assess the extent of repair or replacement required for damaged tyres.
• Utilising maintenance systems, diagnostic testing equipment, hand tools, and workshop equipment, ensuring a high level of technical competence.
• Systematically diagnosing faults in heavy vehicles, prioritising safety, accuracy, and efficiency within specified timeframes.
• Promptly reporting new issues or faults to management, emphasising a proactive approach to addressing potential problems.
• Effectively managing directed work orders, responding promptly to both driver and workshop repair requests, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.
• Undertaking on-the-job training and providing training to others as required, emphasising a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Completing required workshop documentation, paperwork, and in-system data accurately and promptly, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Operating within company and regulatory safety requirements, including undertaking training, conducting risk assessments, reporting incidents and hazards, and participating in workplace investigations.

Report to the Resorts General Manager, you will consider yourself a confident and absolute 'all round' resort leader, as this varied role will see you, build and maintain successful relationships and a positive culture amongst the team to enhance guests and key stakeholders relationships.  You will provide a versatile approach in leadership and support and in all areas of park operations, from Food and Beverage and Events, to Housekeeping and daily operational leadership. 

What You’ll do

• Oversee the smooth running of park day to day operations
• Provide a versatile and hands-on approach in supporting your department heads to ensuring quality standards, effective communication and consistency across all areas of the resorts operation
• Ensure an amazing guest experience and continue to drive the customer journey
• Maintain appropriate levels of employees in all areas of Park operations and ensure the Resort is structured effectively in order to exceed guest service
• Focus on enhancing employee culture and retention
• Oversee and ensure a seamless operation in the Food and Beverage and conference/events space
• Support the General Manager to monitor and manage key business performance indicators
• Monitoring and maintaining a high standard of safety of all guests, visitors and employees
• Proven ability to manage and develop staff of all levels

What you’ll bring 

• You will be able to demonstrate experience in leading or overseeing teams and driving a positive team and guest focused culture
• You will have previous experience as an Operations Manager, Hotel/Resort or Assistant Park Manager, or Head of Department in a large property
• An ability to understand employment awards
• You will demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an operational team who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• You walk the talk and can communicate to team members, guests and stakeholders of all levels.
• Previous experience in food and beverage, or events based related management is an absolute bonus

A bit about the role:

The role is based in our Sydney office, but you will also work closely with the Regional APAC and Global Wise Platform teams based in our offices around the world. You will work closely with other functions, including product management, compliance & legal, implementation and engineering. As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for independently sourcing and winning high impact deals with a focus on large banks and enterprises.

Your mission: 

• Work with the Wise Platform team to build, close and grow a strong pipeline of financial institutions and enterprises across our target verticals in ANZ, driving revenue and volume growth for Wise.

• Be the business counterpart for product teams to unlock new verticals and flows in ANZ through understanding painpoints, sizing opportunity and understanding regulatory / compliance nuances.  

• Work on projects and initiatives to improve our sales processes and approaches both within the APAC region and globally, such as helping iterate our pitches and messaging, our pricing strategies, go to market efforts - or anything else that helps drive growth.

As the Assistant Service Delivery Manager you will support in the management of our catering services across 4 camps by ensuring the highest quality work is maintained across all site services; ensuring consistency & resident satisfaction.

This is a FIFO role from Sydney or Brisbane; or Canberra DIDO to NSW Snowy Mountains, working on a 14/7 11hour day roster.  

Who are we looking for?  

You will have extensive large scale hospitality experience across various service operations; a comprehensive understanding of regulations, standards & procedures across HSEQ, Food Safety & hygiene and astute commercial acumen to allow you to make key operational decisions.

As the Assistant Service Delivery Manager you will be a skilled client facing communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.  Key duties:

• Support in the management of high performing catering teams
• Support in the management of day-to-day operations across retail  (sales, inventory, customer service, marketing, and customer interactions) and catering/kitchen services
• Review of contractual performance, collect & review user satisfaction data
• Lead & support a diverse work force ensuring they understand role and can meet performance objectives
• Identify areas for improvement and utilise our systems, policies and procedures with a view towards improving the efficiency of village operations
• Support with rostering large teams and all associated personnel activities
• Support in the development of cost minimisation measures and monitoring of consumption of materials

You will have: 

• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Solid audit & investigation skills & financial reporting capability
• Strong people management skills and proven ability to build and support team cohesion
• Excellent computer, compliance and reporting skills
