Our Service Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate.
As part of the Managed Services team, you’ll provide high quality, efficient support to our clients and their customers through responding to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring. Following ITIL processes, you’ll identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.

Operating Hours
The operational hours for the Service Desk are Monday to Sunday 6am to 10.30pm, to be successful for a Full-Time role you will need to have full availability to work across these hours on a rotating roster!

Our client , a global food restaurant chain is on the lookout for a Network Deployment Specialist to provide crucial technical support for a network refresh project. This role is central to enhancing in-store technology through deployment, asset management, and continual improvement processes.

Location: Frenchs Forest, NSW (Hybrid; Onsite with some remote work)

Duration: 3-6 months contract

Additional Requirements:

• Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week with 2-3 night shifts per week. (Not required onsite the day following a night shift)

Role Purpose:

As a key member of the team, you'll be working as part of a specialised team that look after the planning, preparation and deployment of the network refresh for our client's franchise Restaurants. Here are some of the key impacts associated with the role:

• Resolve technical issues to ensure operational continuity of store systems.
• Install and configure store systems to meet corporate standards.
• Work independently while collaborating with the broader restaurant technology support team.
• Analyze call trends to recommend system enhancements and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy hardware and software and prepare new stores.
• Document deployment processes, asset management, upgrades, and new methodologies.
• Act as a higher-level support for in-store technology issues needing installation or replacement.
• Ensure timely, high-quality support for service requests, adhering to SLAs.

• Contribute to the overall strategy for improving customer support and enhancing helpdesk processes.
• Deploy firmware updates, security patches, and software maintenance.

• Maintain current systems to support smooth team operations and implement new restaurant technologies.

• 2-3 years of IT Network Support experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware configurations, Windows environments, and networking.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience with specific industry software such as Macromatix, Eftpos, NCR Aloha, and digital signage preferred.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Transport Operations team as a Pallet Administrator. This is a 6-month fixed term contract with a view to permanent for the right candidate. 

In this role, you will utilise your experience in pallet control, reconciliation, resolutions, strong administrative skills, excel or google sheets and exceptional attention to detail to contribute to the efficient management of pallet movements within our platform. A process driven position with previous experience managing CHEP and Loscam pallets, we are looking for someone that can review and improve the current process to best in class.

Note - whilst this is a full-time opportunity for the right candidate we are open to part-time hours and/or flexible working hours. 

What You’ll Do

• Identify current process with a view to design and implement an efficient pallet control process for the Ofload Operations function
• Reconcile pallet movements and investigate and resolve any pallet queries or discrepancies
• Ensure all pallet movements are entered correctly and timely into relevant pallet management software (Palletwatch) 
• Provide accurate and meaningful reporting on pallet accounts
• Ensure agreements and SOPs are created and kept up to date for trading partners
• Training of team members of relevant pallet process while driving continuous improvement
• With a commercial and resolutions focused approach negotiate pallet management agreements and historical pallet movement claims, involving both internal and external customers and suppliers
