To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:
Tertiary qualification in relevant engineering discipline
Knowledge or experience in applying Bosch Production Systems including Lean principles, Design for Manufacture and Assembly, and Continuous Improvement principles.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation
Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Basic skills in Plant Simulation and CAD creation are desirable.
Excellent communication skills, coaching and leadership abilities, adept presentation and report writing skills.
