The Endava Google Cloud team is on a mission to assist companies in transforming how they deliver products to their customers. We seek an accomplished technologist to join our new multi-cloud Infrastructure and Delivery Unit, tasked with delivering Cloud Landing Zones and modernization projects for various key accounts and industry domains.

This presents a market-first opportunity to serve as a Lead Infrastructure Consultant and act as a multi-cloud subject matter expert to provide technical guidance on solutions design, governance, security, operations, and cost control best practices. Your proficiency and contributions will be pivotal in driving the ongoing expansion of our GCP capability within the Australian region.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to design and build cloud-based infrastructures and landing zones
• Assist with the creation of Infrastructure architectures and technical documentation
• Design and implement:
• Secure cloud foundational cloud implementations
• Automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications
• Cloud-ready applications architecture
• Deliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutions
• Present Infrastructure modernization strategy to C-level executives
• Improvements to monitoring, logging and observability in Client environments
• Defining and implementing cloud infrastructure governance and building deployment standards
• Working cross-functionally with our delivery management team

As an Office Manager at Endava, you will foster a welcoming and collaborative working environment within our newly renovated office space. This multifaceted position requires full-time attendance at our centrally located CBD office and prior experience in an operations-focused role, ideally in a scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Office Management: Manage daily office operations including meeting room allocation, building access, weekly grocery orders for our communal pantry and fridge, maintaining office tidiness, and overseeing travel and delivery coordination for our stakeholders;
• Building Management: Administer furniture/equipment inventory, oversee building contracts and maintenance, monitor utilities, ensure compliance with legal standards, and maintain relationships with the landlord;
• Community Engagement: Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen team connections through community events, drive participation and engagement via internal communication platforms and social media, coordinate fortnightly community lunches, and assist leadership with company-wide announcements and All-Hands;
• Driving Culture: Advocate for an inclusive workplace that unifies our stakeholders and leadership team, and articulates and represents Endava’s values to foster a positive work culture;
• Reception/Front of House: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests and clients, and conduct tours of our newly renovated office space;
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with our People Experience and Marketing teams for internal and external events, meetups, conferences, community-based activities, and celebrations that represent Endava's cultural values;
• Onboarding: Support our People Experience team with onboarding, and provide a welcoming experience for new starters;
• Project Work: Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from other teams to support various operational projects within the region;
• Health, Safety, and Security: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, act as a security and fire marshal, and provide first aid.

What you’ll be doing

• Visually diagnose vehicles for mobile and/or fixed site inspections to deliver pre purchase inspections, finance inspections, dealer inspections and pink slip inspections.  
• Document the outcomes of your inspections for our customers via our digital app. 
• Contact customers to book in their appointments and liaise with owners, sellers and buyers about their inspections.
