As an Office Manager at Endava, you will foster a welcoming and collaborative working environment within our newly renovated office space. You will identify opportunities to enhance the experience for our stakeholders and leadership team, using dynamic and impactful approaches to strengthen engagement across our office locations in the region.
You are a cultural driver advocating for inclusivity in the workplace, playing a pivotal role in articulating and representing Endava’s values to cultivate a positive work culture. This multifaceted position requires full-time attendance at our centrally located CBD office and prior experience in an operations-focused role, ideally in a scaling environment.
Responsibilities
- Office Management: Manage daily office operations including meeting room allocation, building access, weekly grocery orders for our communal pantry and fridge, maintaining office tidiness, and overseeing travel and delivery coordination for our stakeholders;
- Building Management: Administer furniture/equipment inventory, oversee building contracts and maintenance, monitor utilities, ensure compliance with legal standards, and maintain relationships with the landlord;
- Community Engagement: Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen team connections through community events, drive participation and engagement via internal communication platforms and social media, coordinate fortnightly community lunches, and assist leadership with company-wide announcements and All-Hands;
- Driving Culture: Advocate for an inclusive workplace that unifies our stakeholders and leadership team, and articulates and represents Endava’s values to foster a positive work culture;
- Reception/Front of House: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests and clients, and conduct tours of our newly renovated office space;
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with our People Experience and Marketing teams for internal and external events, meetups, conferences, community-based activities, and celebrations that represent Endava's cultural values;
- Onboarding: Support our People Experience team with onboarding, and provide a welcoming experience for new starters;
- Project Work: Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from other teams to support various operational projects within the region;
- Health, Safety, and Security: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, act as a security and fire marshal, and provide first aid.
