The Opportunity

We have a newly created opportunity for a Key Account Associate to join the growth of our AIA Financial Wellbeing practice.  Within this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with our broker network to ensure delivery of agreed AIA Financial Wellbeing sales. About the Role 

As an Associate Lecturer in Speech Pathology, you will contribute to the preparation and delivery of the College’s Speech Pathology topics using innovations in teaching practices and technologies, with support and guidance from a more senior academic. The Associate Lecturer will also be expected to concurrently engage in practice as a Speech Pathologist in a clinical or community setting to support maintenance of contemporary practice.

This role also requires:

• Creation, coordination and delivery of lectures, tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops and assess students enrolled in Speech Pathology topics of the College, with a focus on clinical skills training and/or supervision of students undertaking work integrated learning.

• The provision of support, academic counselling and professional advice to students concerning their studies, professional development and career opportunities.

• Assistance in the development of topic and course materials (with appropriate guidance from Course Coordinators and/or Senior Academic Staff).

• Supporting small cohorts of students undertaking Work Integrated Learning at Flinders Medical Centre.

About You

• Proven experience in preparation and delivery of curriculum.

• Experience in development of international and short course teaching delivery or collaboration (desirable).

The Opportunity

We have an opportunity available for a Business Performance and Reporting Analyst to join our AIA Financial Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations, you will collaborate to provide business reporting and operational support to our business. This opportunity will suit an experienced Analyst who is currently working within a Financial Advice team or broader financial services industry.

• Build and produce reports and dashboards using Alteryx and PowerBI to measure and report on AIA Financial Services business performance, identify trends, including insightful commentary as required

About the role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Managers to join our teams based in  Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Western & South Australia to help drive our business forward. This role will see you nurture and grow an existing client portfolio of accounts within mining/refining, heavy industry, produce and retail. You will also be required to use your hunting skills to bring on new business with the aim to ideally double the portfolio over time. You will be joining the organisation during an exciting growth phase, we’re on a journey of winning market share through building strong relationships with new customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do

• Identify and develop growth opportunities with customers
• Achieve assigned account objectives and sales targets
• Establish strong, long-term customer relationships
• Monitor account developments for emerging customer challenges and opportunities providing insights and account intelligence to develop innovative solutions that satisfy the customer needs
• Identify, develop solutions and innovative ideas in partnership with solutions teams and business operations to meet customer needs
• Take appropriate action when issues arise or the potential for issues present themselves.
• Communicate with major customers on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
• Act proactively as the strategic partner/ liaison between customers and Team Global Express
• Monitor sales performance metrics
• Understand customer profitability modelling and undertake data analysis to Improve yield per customer and implement cost recovery strategies.
• Ensure reporting, compliance of customer needs through CRM system.
• Be involved and lead tenders, bids, contract negotiations, renewals for timely completion.

• This is a hands-on role and local travel is required

• Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority and help drive streamlined decision-making across internal and external stakeholders
• Tenacious, resilient, and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills across a wide variety of audiences
• Strong business acumen combined with attention to detail
• Well-developed technical and sales skills are necessary to maintain credibility and respect
• Reasonable level of analytical and computer skills including MS Office.

To do this successfully you will:

• Assess and settle health insurance claims arising from policies in force
• Make recommendations on policies and guidelines to group health insurance claims
• Liaise with members and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
