As a Director of Clean Energy and Transmission, you will have:

• Experience in the clean sector and transmission sector with knowledge of:
  • Transmission & Distribution projects, programs & portfolios
  • Development and delivery of Clean Energy and Storage schemes connecting to the grid .

• Established relationships with state, national and international clients, and understand the requirements for strategy, set-up, and delivery of capital projects & programs in public and private sector.
• Experience in leading teams and providing advice on complex projects across the clean energy and transmission sector from pursuits and bids through to execution and delivery
• Technical understanding of Project Management, Commercial Management and Project Controls, and the interfaces with engineering and grid compliance .
• Experience in pursing and responding to government style tenders
• A track record of achieving business growth in the provision of services and market share in the clean energy and transmission sector
• Experience to engage at industry level to represent the business and brand building at key industry and sector events and collaborations

What you’ll do

We are currently looking for casual General Purpose Hands (GPH), working across a 7 day per week roster, where you will be responsible for a high level of interaction with maritime customers.

As the face of the company, this opportunity will be responsible for assisting with vessel operations while providing a customer service to the passengers on board. This is a hands-on position, assisting passengers, fulfilling GPH and cleaning duties.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Work under the direction of the Master to maintain a safe and compliant marine operation.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Safe deck line and boarding hardware handling
• Cleaning of passenger cabin and deck areas in a safe and efficient manner
• Watch keeping duties as instructed by the Master
• Passenger ticket validation, passenger assistance and maintain good passenger relations
• Safety and satisfaction of passengers on board
• Delivery of on-board kiosk beverage sales compliant with Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.

The Senior Business Process & Change Manager will work closely with the IS&T functional leaders, Project Delivery Teams and impacted stakeholders across Investments to define target business process operating models and embed operating model and business process changes in the business. This will involve building a business process change strategy, articulating the change to senior leadership and delivering on the change strategy.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

The Senior Business Process & Change Manager’s responsibilities include: 

• Apply a structured approach to organisational change management, ensuring articulation of scope, benefits and business outcomes of change required. 
• Design & drive the adoption of target operating model change through collaboration with stakeholders and development of a sustainable future state operating model.   
• Take an active and senior role in maturing the change practice within Investments to ensure focus on people and successful transition to business as usual. 
• Work with Business Process Analysts to ensure requirements are clear and process maps are reflective of end-to-end business processes. 
• Work with IS&T functional leads and project managers to ensure change activities are integrated in the schedule and provide expertise, direct support and coaching to impacted teams as they move through the change, including parallel runs.  
• Work with Project and Business Teams to support the training processes for business adoption of the operating model / business process changes.  
• Plan, communicate and manage the SMEs time and capacity requirements that can be tracked in a Change Impact Heatmap for presentation to the Investments Steering Committee and MIC members 
• Prepare Status Reports for required Steering Committee and other governance forums.
