If you’re looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the Snowy Mountains NSW. The Sous Chef will be rostered on a 14 day on, 7 days off – 11 hours per shifts.  

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for experienced, passionate Sous Chefs who are seeking their next career step. To be successful, you’ll need; 

• Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) 
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking) 
• Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential 
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP 
• Prior Sous Chef experience highly desirable 
• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship

The role

We are looking for a UX Writer to join our growing team. Reporting to Head of Product, you will collaborate with our product team to craft intuitive, actionable, and easy-to-understand user experiences. This is an opportunity to bring your love of words and language, along with your passion for style, grammar, tone, and voice to a new role.

You will be focused on writing user interface text, error messages, influencing product vision, gathering insights, managing cross-functional projects, and informing product strategy.

You will have experience in developing cohesive product narratives and developing complex documentation sets, while using data, logic, empathy, and writing skills to facilitate design and writing choices. That includes creating frameworks, designing solutions, driving guidelines, influencing product vision, and working with our product team.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and users themselves to understand user needs.

• Write and edit content for end-to-end journeys including screen flows, emails, error messages and promotional content.

• Understand how the features and functionality in ApprovalMax work, as well as the user’s needs and situation.

• Make the user’s experience with a product as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

• Create copy that is clear, concise, and user-friendly for our product.

• Understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms to improve product adoption and usage.

• Use data and feedback to improve your work.

• Manage the creation and revision of UX content.

We are currently looking for a Part Time Sales Executive to join the national team at Creative Activation, representing one of our key client partners - Vodafone!.

As a Sales Executive you'll have the ability to work in FMCG channels and be responsible for providing field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to our clients. You'll do this by implementing their retail marketing plans in store with the goal being to ensure their product is visible, accessible and available to the consumer at all times.

You'll build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and use store intelligence data to drive further sales and opportunity based selling.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be required to:

• Merchandise our clients' products within Grocery, Discount Department and Petrol Channels
• Create point of sale displays, complete planograms, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained
• Negotiate shelf space with managers to leverage market share
• Check stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
• Develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
• Hold and Utilise Stock and Point of Sale sent to you.
• Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
• Provide feedback and relevant data to Field Managers

Location: Working across the Canberra area, you'll visit suburbs including Canberra, Belconnen, Gunghalin & Queanbeyan and surrounds.

Hours/Days: This Part Time role is 12 hours per week, across Wednesday to Friday.
