Your new role

You will be responsible for successfully managing service delivery for a portfolio of outsourced solutions along with:


Set and drive the strategic direction of your programs, through service improvement and evolution roadmaps
Join and work collaboratively with an existing and highly successful team of Managers and Directors
Manage a group of 5 direct reports, developing and shaping a high-performance culture within the team aligning with our Hays values

What you'll need to succeed
We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. As an experience recruiter and leader, you will already have 5+ years in a recruitment environment, with direct involvement in an MSP account, and at least 2+ years in a direct people management-based role. The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist (Tyro Health) to join our fast paced and ambitious team to work on a range of exciting marketing initiatives across different channels and platforms.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and accelerate conversion to application for Tyro across the Health industry vertical. A focus will be on our partnerships, through optimising and delivering against Tyro Health’s partnership marketing strategy and management, including events.

This role is critical in improving lead-nurturing and advocacy through the development of strong partner relations, as well as adding value to newly on-boarded partnerships through joint initiatives, the execution of go-to-market launch plans and value exchange programs. You will manage a specialist portfolio of customers, providing vocational counselling, assessment and job placement services to our Injured Workers within TAC, ComCare, Life Insurance and other national insurance schemes. Throughout these services you will also manage and assist clients through their psychosocial and medical management goals, to ensure they are maximising their complete potential throughout their rehabilitation. Completing thorough and timely rehabilitation program reports and progress updates to assist our clients through their recovery is a key aspect through these specialist services.

This role will focus on developing and optimising omnichannel marketing campaigns to acquire, engage and retain customers across email, SMS, app & web.Lastly, they will support the evolution of our consumer contact program to be increasingly relevant, real time and channel agnostic, with a focus on driving the app and SMS marketing strategy.
Qualifications

Degree qualified (Marketing, Business/Commerce or similar discipline)

Knowledge and demonstrated experience in: 

Experience in a similar role developing the CRM strategy and roadmap. Experience building email automations & lifecycle communications by audience (ie on-site / social / search) at scale, preferably for a B2C online retailer.


Demonstrated data driven customer marketing experience (client or agency)


Subject matter expert on marketing automation.


Proficient & hands-on email building skills inc. HTML/ CSS skills across creation of new and adaptation of existing templates.
