We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead several outsourced MSP solution accounts based in Melbourne.
Your new role
As a manager, you will play a critical role in the achievement of strategic objectives, including proactively identifying process improvements, trends and insights and determining priorities. We're looking for someone who can proactively support multiple clients and seek out opportunities to expand upon the current portfolio of solutions. You will be responsible for successfully managing service delivery for a portfolio of outsourced solutions along with:
Set and drive the strategic direction of your programs, through service improvement and evolution roadmaps
Join and work collaboratively with an existing and highly successful team of Managers and Directors
Manage a group of 5 direct reports, developing and shaping a high-performance culture within the team aligning with our Hays values
Lead and be accountable for all performance, productivity, and profitability of your client accounts
Drive a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, risk mitigation and opportunity realisation, to improve the ROI for us and our clients.
What you'll need to succeed
We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. As an experience recruiter and leader, you will already have 5+ years in a recruitment environment, with direct involvement in an MSP account, and at least 2+ years in a direct people management-based role. Along with this we know you are;
Highly motivated and thrive in a dynamic team environment and confident at engaging with all levels of stakeholders
Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers, delivering an exceptional experience to everyone you engage with
Adaptable, agile and able to constantly seek new opportunities to further develop existing accounts
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage direct reports in a collaborative and high performing environment
Confident with analysing data and generating reports to discuss account and market trends and insights to deliver long term hiring strategies
