The Opportunity
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior Legal Coordinator), you’ll play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. You will:

• manage multiple inbound sales channels (email, live chat, inbound phones, and web leads)
• qualify and triage potential clients, showcasing your deep understanding of their needs and 
• book discovery meetings with our Business Development Managers
• re-engage with cool leads in our database to determine if they are now qualified and to get them booked in
• ensure our first impression is always exceptional, providing a top-tier customer experience a client would expect when engaging a 5* law firm
  

This role is perfect for a sales professional with 1-2+ years experience in an inbound sales role or fast paced client success role, and who is looking to elevate their career. As the Senior Team Assistant for South Australian Agribusiness division, you will be supporting a team of high performing sales executives. The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to these executives in order to produce accurate, timely and high-quality submissions and marketing documentation for clients.

Key requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Updating the CRM database, including listing information and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that the client and property information is accurate.
• Preparation and formatting of high-level documents.
• Preparation, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, while dealing with external providers
• Booking flights, hire car & Accommodation for all team members;
• Tracking of all recoverable expenses from Colliers Finance monthly;
• Ansarada data room upload and administration;
• Processing & tracking invoicing.
• Coordinating client meetings and functions, including liaising with catering and room / venue booking.

The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Executive will support and oversee the planning, development, execution and ongoing management of marketing campaigns for our luxury resort and lodge. This role will manage all creative applications for the brand, website and social media content, hotel collateral and guest materials, brochure content and pre-departure / post-travel communications. This role will work closely with the Journey Beyond Marketing & Communications team on brand positioning and management, new customer acquisition, repeat loyalty initiatives and commercial results contributing to overall business performance.

This role will include:

• Assisting in the development and management of annual marketing plans and budgets
• Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and wider Marketing and Communications team to develop, implement and execute marketing campaigns across all media channels and platforms (print, native advertising, digital, search, social, radio and OOH)
• Management of campaign media including bookings and material deadlines
• Identifying campaign effectiveness and making recommendations
• Defined plans across key revenue segments for the hotel including; accommodation, restaurant bookings, conferences, events and weddings
• Contribute analysis and insights to monthly marketing reports, marketing plans and post-campaign reports
• Contribute to briefs, production and on-shoot management of all asset capture, e.g. video and still shoots
• Work collaboratively with the in-house design team to ensure campaign creative and all branded collateral is created and executed in adherence to brand guidelines
• Ensure website content is kept up to date and aligned with campaign communication and initiatives, in conjunction with the Digital Performance Manager
• Support the development of a social media strategy, managing the social media calendar, content publishing, ongoing community engagement and management

In this role you will split your time across Monatro and our office in North Terrace, Adelaide. You know how to deliver results through powerful marketing campaigns. You are a passionate marketer with experience in the hospitality and tourism Industry, preferably in hotels. You will have the proven ability to think strategically and deliver operationally. You will have success in managing multiple campaigns and you will have the ability to think differently, creatively and through a guest-centric lens. This role is suited to a Marketing professional ready to enhance their capabilities in the hospitality and tourism industry.
