We have 2 Revenue Managers roles currently available.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for a portfolio of Strata hotels and collaborating with the HMA Strata team to provide revenue management services to the Strata Hub.
• Maximise revenue to achieve budgeted targets and position the hotels to continuously increase market share.
• Optimise the business mix, develop segments strategies and work closely with department heads to achieve the desired mix.
• Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.
• Development and implementation of systems, practices and tools aimed at these revenues through balancing demand and revenue maximization techniques.
• Ensure optimal presentation and amplification of business opportunities through direct and indirect channels.

What you will be doing:

As Reservations manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of room reservations and other ancillary revenue to our guests via the telephone, e-mail or other channels deemed appropriate by the company.

You will manage the Reservations Sales Agents team and will establish ongoing on-job training programs within the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.

About this opportunity

This role oversees laboratory operations, coordinates training, supports production inline testing and data reporting, maintains and oversees laboratory data, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a dedication to environmental sustainability.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including quality control testing, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and sample management.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to rigorous quality control standards and procedures.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. Maintain and oversee laboratory data, identify trends, deviations, and potential quality issues.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Proven experience in a laboratory management or leadership role, preferably in a plastics or recycling environment.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory testing methods and equipment, including spectrophotometers, rheometers, and mechanical testing machines.
• Experience with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and quality management systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

About the Job

Work as a partner with the Workplace Super and Advice teams in your capacity as first line of defence to assist the business in identifying risks and establishing controls to manage risks within the business appetite. Be an Advice compliance subject matter expert to establish and maintain processes and procedures to support the team to do what they do best.

Support the management of the Operational Risk requirements for the Advice teams including:

• identifying and assessing risks.
• establishing controls to mitigate the risks.
