Employees can work from any of the Strata properties across Australia located in Brisbane, Sydney, Bunker Bay, Port Douglas, Palm Cove, Melbourne, Magenta Shores or in New Zealand located in Auckland.

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for a portfolio of Strata hotels and collaborating with the HMA Strata team to provide revenue management services to the Strata Hub.
- Maximise revenue to achieve budgeted targets and position the hotels to continuously increase market share.
- Optimise the business mix, develop segments strategies and work closely with department heads to achieve the desired mix.
- Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.
- Development and implementation of systems, practices and tools aimed at these revenues through balancing demand and revenue maximization techniques.
- Ensure optimal presentation and amplification of business opportunities through direct and indirect channels.
