The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Operations Coordinator to lead the Coffs Harbour Production Team based in Coffs Harbour. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this hands-on role, you will be leading and providing guidance to a team of 11 team members at our Coffs Harbour branch. You will support the team in the operations, scheduling, machine operation and maintenance. You’ll lead by example, ensuring our products are delivered on time for our customers and your safety and that of the team are never compromised.

What Will You Do?

Leading our production team, you will be:

• leading and supervising our operations area including product scheduling, machine operation and maintenance
• promoting a customer focused culture underpinned with processing accuracy and quality
• supporting and assist your team with daily operations
• identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and mitigate risk - striving for on time delivery for our customers
• ensuring safety standards are continuously evolving, championing change when risks and opportunities are identified
• growing and mentor your team for their continued development and success

This opportunity will provide the perfect mix of sales, design, and ability to build relationships with both residential clients and trade professionals!

What Will You Do?

You will be the face of BlueScope providing expert advice and drafting designs. This will be mix of face-to-face sales/customer service role dealing with builders, trades, and DIY market. You will be passionate about our products, use your product knowledge to provide a customised solution to our customers. this will also see you: 

• analysing plans and specifications to prepare estimate material requirements using our internal CAD system to generate designs and quotations. Assisting customers with their purchasing decision by identifying their needs and wants and suggesting suitable options
• collaborating with internal stakeholders such as transport, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timelines.
• interacting with internal and external stakeholders over the phone face to face and email, managing quotes and queries
• meeting and greeting clients that come into the showroom providing a professional sales experience

About the Care Finder program
Here at EACH we are looking for a Care Co-ordinator to join our Care Finder program which aims to provide specialist and intensive assistance to help people in the Care Finder target population groups to understand and access aged care services and connect with other relevant supports in the community.

• Part-time (0.8FTE) max-term position until June 2025
• Based from our Coffs Harbour office + Work within the community

As Care Co-ordinator you will practise assertive outreach and explore and establish different ways to engage with people in the Care Finder target populations and connect them to services within the community.
Duties include:

• Engaging and building rapport with potential clients and other general and specialist support services.
• Using a person-centred approach provide specialist and intensive assistance to help senior Australians who need intensive support, who could otherwise fall through the gaps, to understand and access aged care services and connect with other relevant supports in the community.
• Building and establishing relationships within the community to promote the Care Finder program and assist with reaching potential clients.
• Supporting clients to understand and connect with required services, including My Aged Care, using warm referrals, and monitoring client engagement.

About you
With your tertiary qualifications in Practice or Business Administration Management and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a medical or health office environment, you'll be well-equipped to manage the engagement, support, and coordination of the Healthy Minds Providers.
