Are you passionate about improving mental health services for underserved communities? EACH is seeking a dedicated Healthy Minds Program Coordinator to lead our team of providers in delivering exceptional mental health care to underserviced groups living in the North Coast of NSW.
You'll be at the forefront of managing engagement, support, and coordination to ensure our consumers receive the care they deserve. From reviewing service demands to collaborating with allied health professionals and monitoring progress through data reports, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our services across the region.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring adherence to the Stepped Model of Care for quality service delivery
- Liaising with regional providers to enhance service coordination
- Facilitating feedback loops to enhance service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

About you
With your tertiary qualifications in Practice or Business Administration Management and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a medical or health office environment, you'll be well-equipped to manage the engagement, support, and coordination of the Healthy Minds Providers.
As our ideal candidate, you will also have:
- An understanding of the Stepped Model of Care and its application to mental health services
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating mental health services for underserviced groups
- A solid understanding of accounts payable processes
Collaboration is your forte, and you excel in building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Your attention to detail ensures compliance with regulations and operational excellence in service delivery.
