The Quality Reporting & Systems Specialist focuses on measuring and reporting on the effectiveness and insights of AFCA's Quality Framework. This role is the custodian of quality assurance data and responsible for the overall data integrity for the systems and processes supporting the Quality Framework. This position will be responsible for providing the organisation with accurate and timely reports, as well as insights from data related to quality processes and to drive continuous improvement. UBI is seeking a highly motivated, passionate and driven individual to join our team. This role, reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, will be responsible for our revolutionary handheld wine analyzer, SENTIA™ (https://sentiaanalysis.com/) , developed to simplify and elevate the wine testing process for winemakers globally. By leveraging advanced electrochemical technology, SENTIA enables real-time, accurate analysis, helping winemakers make informed decisions throughout the winemaking process.

As the Product Specialist, you will drive optimization of the total Sentia solution and work with the product development team to develop new offerings (and/or improve existing) to expand the Sentia suite. Typical activities also include, key opinion leader development, customer-centric product development, and troubleshooting to improve existing offering.

Who you are

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive candidate who may be degree-qualified in Wine Science/testing background. You'd have at least 3 years' experience in wine-testing/making related roles. Your technical expertise in oenology/viticulture will blend scientific understanding with pragmatic analytical skills to excel in this role.

The role will perform (but not limited to) the following activities:

• Collaborate closely with R&D and winemakers/customers to continuously evolve SENTIA
• Foster community and advocacy for SENTIA with social media and other channels - champion SENTIA
• Undertake regular market research activities to identify trends and validate product enhancements
• Participate and contribute in the development of all sales & marketing initiatives, including trade shows and stakeholder presentations.

The Opportunity

Lyka is growing quickly, and no two weeks are the same. Our Customer Care team are on the frontline to our customers, answering enquiries and proactively solving any issues that arise. The team also contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience.

Role responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our customers (we use livechat, phones and emails as our primary Customer Care channels)
• Resolve customer issues around their account, orders and deliveries and advise customers on a variety of dog nutrition and wellness questions
