• Define the Squad’s vision, goals and roadmap, aligned with the Crew’s objectives and purpose;
• Build and prioritise the Squad’s backlog on a fortnightly, quarterly, and annual basis, balancing trade-offs and exploring strategies to successfully deliver on business and capital outcomes;
• Working with our technology partners and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of the capital backlog;
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers for the squad;
• Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations;
• Working with the chapter leads to ensure optimal allocation of work to your squad members as well as coordinating dependencies across squads;
• Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks and guardrails and compliance across customer propositions. This includes adhering to architectural guardrails, ensuring changes are aligned to internal policy and maintain compliance with the APRA capital framework;
• Manage the squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR (Objective and Key Result) tracking etc;

• 3 years minimum of demonstrated risk/finance/capital knowledge, understanding of the regulatory standards and delivery experience;
• Capable of translating a product vision to a roadmap and backlog;
• Deep understanding of capital and broad understanding of business and technology, particularly in the finance and risk domains;
• Previous experience in working in a matrix structure, demonstrating the ability to balance product ownership with delivery capacity and priorities;

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist who is deeply passionate about the AEC-O industry and strongly believes in the potential of Digital twin technology to revolutionise this field. Responsibilities

• Grow the overall Autodesk Tandem business in your territory through developing and executing a business plan and growth strategies to achieve team sales and revenue objectives

• Qualify inbound leads and identify expansion opportunities across existing Autodesk customers

• Collaborate with the broader Autodesk teams to create and drive opportunities within our prioritised target industries and segments

• Partner with Customer Success to align on customer growth plans, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing use of Tandem

• Develop and lead customer presentations and product demonstrations that are informative, compelling and customer outcome centered

• Deliver on quarterly and yearly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts to leadership

• Develop sales collateral in a variety of formats to share and conduct training sessions with the broader Autodesk sales teams

• Utilise sales and CRM tools to optimise your customer engagement strategy and effectiveness

• Stay up to date on current industry news, trends, and competitors

• Partner and collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to translate customer challenges into workflow solutions and best practices

• Attend and support trade shows and events as needed

• Travel to key customer sites and participate in Executive Briefings as requested

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Previous experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market customers (Smart Building Technology and/or AEC-O industry strongly preferred)

• 5+ Years of software sales experience in quota carrying roles

• Strong work ethic, highly adaptable, goal and results oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively both in person and remotely with our Global direct and indirect sales teams

• Estimated travel for this position is between 10-20%
