As part of the broader Manufacturing Portfolio, we have facilities including Springhill that deliver variety of coated products, innovative solutions and services to our domestic and export customers.The Metal Coating Department manufactures and supplies metal coated products for building, pre-painted and distribution and manufacturing applications. As an integral member of the Shift Management Team, you’ll provide technical support to the production lines and services within the department. You will ensure customer expectations are achieved by monitoring product quality and output on shift.  In the absence of the Shift Team Leader, you will also be responsible for leading the shift operations team. This position works a 12-hour shift, 4 on (2 days/2 nights), 4 off roster. Shift start and finish times are 6am – 6pm.
