Minor Hotels is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in a newly created role, based in the Brisbane CBD and commencing in February 2025.

Reporting to the Digital & e-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will drive digital campaign planning, execution, and optimisation while leading customer acquisition strategies across Australia and New Zealand. Your efforts will contribute directly to revenue growth and the success of our brands.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with external agencies to create and manage Google Ad campaigns, including SEM, metasearch, and display advertising.
• Oversee the creation and management of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns in partnership with external agencies.
• Execute and monitor the SEO strategy in collaboration with external agency partners.
• Continuously review and optimise advertising campaigns to achieve target ROAS and other key performance metrics.
• Partner with the Marketing & Brand team to design and execute full-funnel customer acquisition campaigns across the entire customer journey.
• Manage paid listings on third-party websites, affiliate networks, and media platforms.
• Utilise Google Analytics to track and measure marketing performance, focusing on objectives and KPIs.
• Regularly analyse multi-channel performance reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website) and provide actionable optimisation recommendations to sales, marketing teams, and agency partners.
• Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits, implement A/B testing, and gather user feedback to enhance conversion rates across the brand’s digital channels, campaigns, and assets.

We are currently offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Loyalty and CRM Marketing Executive to join our high-performing Digital, CRM, and Loyalty team at Minor Hotels on a 12-month contract.

Reporting directly to the Loyalty and CRM Marketing Manager, the Loyalty and CRM Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the success of Minor Hotels by managing, optimising, and executing the planning, delivery, and analysis of email marketing campaigns, as well as engagement strategies for our CRM program across Australia and New Zealand.

This role offers a unique chance to contribute meaningfully to our digital marketing efforts, while gaining experience in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build EDMs utilising our email editor and templates, with continuous testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate content, imagery, and copy for the creation of EDMs
• Conduct A/B testing for creative assets and campaigns through our CRM platform
• Develop reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of our email marketing efforts
• Partner with external agencies and third-party vendors to create content supporting email marketing and social media advertising
• Utilise Asana, our project management tool, to ensure timely execution and review of email marketing campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of social media advertising aligned with our loyalty program
• Engage with regional and global CRM teams to support campaign planning and execution

• Ensure content across all third-party websites is accurate and promotions are updated.
• Design and distribute internal and external marketing collateral for food and beverage, leisure, conferencing and corporate market segments.
• Assist with the organisation and execution of hotel events.
• Manage stock orders for our in-house patisserie, ChouChou.
• Manage online ordering and booking platforms by updating descriptions and images, developing marketing emails, exporting and reporting, ensuring policy compliance, and creating offers.
