We are currently offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Loyalty and CRM Marketing Executive to join our high-performing Digital, CRM, and Loyalty team at Minor Hotels on a 12-month contract.
Reporting directly to the Loyalty and CRM Marketing Manager, the Loyalty and CRM Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the success of Minor Hotels by managing, optimising, and executing the planning, delivery, and analysis of email marketing campaigns, as well as engagement strategies for our CRM program across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build EDMs utilising our email editor and templates, with continuous testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate content, imagery, and copy for the creation of EDMs
- Conduct A/B testing for creative assets and campaigns through our CRM platform
- Develop reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of our email marketing efforts
- Partner with external agencies and third-party vendors to create content supporting email marketing and social media advertising
- Utilise Asana, our project management tool, to ensure timely execution and review of email marketing campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of social media advertising aligned with our loyalty program
- Engage with regional and global CRM teams to support campaign planning and execution
