About the Role

Our Front Office team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service focused Guest Service Agent (GSA). As our newest GSA your role is to welcome our guests on arrival to ensure they enjoy their stay as you check them into or out of their villa. You may also help to coordinate our guests’ experiences or activities and share the things you love about Byron.

A little bit about us: Nestled on fifty acres of absolute beach front paradise, Elements of Byron is an award-winning resort offering luxury accommodation options, world-class resort facilities and unforgettable experiences. Barefoot luxury at every step.

To set you up to succeed: Two weeks of structed training will be provided to you covering the tasks required on both the morning and afternoon shifts. You will also be assigned a buddy who will support you as you learn the system and resort features.

The role: Working on our busy reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality. Checking guests in and out daily, making reservations over the phone, running daily reports to identify any special requests, anticipating guests service needs, and complying with policies and procedures. You will listen to, and resolve guest's complaints or concerns, but there will always be a manager there to support you when required.

The hours: Full time on going casual role available working up to 38 hours a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.

Ideally you will be an Australian Citizen or Resident, as this is an on going role that may move into a permanent position we are not able to consider someone on a WHV.

The shifts: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm.

The National Manager, Service Delivery, Planning, and Coordination manages the Service Delivery relationship with Konica Minolta Customers. About the role:

The Associate Service Technician 24/7 position is a vital role that significantly contributes to the continuity and efficiency of our DC Operations teams. The Associate Service Technician role is designed to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and to ensure the continued customer satisfaction and data centre uptime we are known for. •  Support and engage with Customers, Service Technicians and contractors undertaking support activities and overseeing maintenance works
• Monitor critical infrastructure to ensure continuity of services and no disruption to client’s or business operations,

• Respond to customer requests and critical events swiftly,

Role Purpose:

To manage the Cx Housing Service delivery business to achieve revenue numbers and KPI’s in line with the agreed business plan target. This will include working closely with the Sales team and support team to drive the targeted outcomes.

A key objective will be the increase in customer satisfaction with service and consulting engagements reflected in the customer surveys and delivery of recognised revenue objectives for the team. You will also be responsible for ensuring we have capability in terms of human resource and infrastructure to achieve the desired outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include the implementation of initiatives to improve the delivery capability, increase utilisation, increase project profitability and reduce risk.

You will establish close working relationships with other business unit mangers within Civica with a focus on the Product, Support and Sales teams.

Role Requirements:

You are required to actively manage the services team and be accountable for the agreed revenue outcomes and performance KPI’s. This will include the development of business processes and approach in line with the promoted company standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring your team is adequately equipped to achieve their individual goals through appropriate training/education and the provision of tools (software and diagnostics) to facilitate the service provision tasks.

Manage and develop a team of service professionals with a comprehensive knowledge of solution elements to facilitate excellent delivery outcomes. The functional specialities within the team include Project Management and Cx Housing and Asset Management Consultants.

Foster and maintain effective communications with customers to optimise the Civica partner relationship model and provide customers better outcomes through the provision of:

• Clearly documented and communicated service agreements
• Services delivered on time and budget to agreed outcome
• Packaged services
• Preconfigured solutions using best practice principles

You will provide appropriate feedback on all these areas back to the business.
