Pay Range
$125,000 – $137,000 per year.
This position is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operation of the Broome Hub. Through management of a high-performance workforce, the position is to ensure delivery of a quality, person-centred service model that aligns to individual support plans, fosters best practice in service delivery while also managing business, financial and risk requirements.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Support participants by promoting quality delivery of service through consistent good practice.
- Ensure that workers understand and demonstrate good practice based on NDIS principles, as described in NDIS Framework.
- Engage with and learn from people with lived experience as colleagues, experts and advisers.
- Support and reinforce a culture that is interested in, responsive to and supportive of diversity and inclusion.
- Communicate expectations to direct reports about their role, how they should conduct themselves and why.
- Create and promote opportunities for direct reports to work collaboratively with others in the participant’s support team, other services and with members of the participant’s informal support network.
- Provide direct reports with current best practice examples, models, tools, practice leadership and coaching and resources relevant to participant needs, culture, and circumstances.

Selection Criteria:
Essential
Tertiary qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or related field or relevant work experience.

knowledge of the National Standards for Disability Services, NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards and their application in the delivery of high quality person and family centred supports for people with disabilities.

Seeking Site Managers to join their dynamic construction team. Reporting to the Site Construction Superintendent, responsible for Site Management, managing Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, work schedules and local engagement of resources on the construction site.
The role is a full time, permanent position based out of Adelaide or QLD. FIFO travel required working on a rotating site roster. Temporarily assigned to a Major Project working closely with a Project Manager to provide Site Management. Typical construction works include earthworks, concrete, storm water, earthing, underground conduits, structural steel and transportable building erection. Installation of mechanical, piping, electrical and control equipment.
Responsibilities:

Coordination with client representative onsite to ensure clients operations are not affected
Engagement of suppliers and subcontractors.
Assist in the preparation and review of safe work method statements and JSEA's for work activities.
Carry out incident investigations, complete incident reports and corrective actions are implemented.
Planning and organising different working activities on site.
Oversee all works on site, direct employees and contractors.
Preparation, overseeing the issuing and monitoring of all work permits on site.
Safety on site of visitors, contractors and employees, Implementing inductions, safety, environment, quality plans.
Carry out site audits against the site Safety, Quality and Environmental management plans
Monitor side conditions including weather, physical conditions, workflow, work allocation, heat and UV issues that may affect personnel on site.
Ensure the plant is constructed in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Completion of daily diary reports and photo log via the 'Volt'. Safety statistics and reports submitted.
All site expenditure managed in line with the company Limits of Authority procedure.
Verify that personnel working onsite are appropriately trained to undertake the tasks
Fulfil the role of Operator and Site Safety Manager as required by the Petroleum and Gas Act 2004

About you:

Previous experience in similar role or position
Leadership skills to managed a site team and whilst creating a good culture
Trade background civil or mechanical ( gas, coal or energy industries)
Construction white card
Working at heights
Telehandler/ forklift licence
Knowledge and understanding of workplace Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality practices
Handle multiple tasks and demands, the ability to be calm and controlled under pressure
Supervisors licence in Victoria (S123)
Computer Literate: Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current Drivers Licence

About the roles

Royal Mail Hotel is looking for two vibrant, engaging, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in  Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager  positions.

Our Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Managers are responsible for the service of both food and beverages in the Royal Mail Hotel restaurants - which are both driven by our kitchen garden ethos - efficiently and professionally while ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants.

Both full-time roles work a shortened work week with three consecutive days off each week (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday).

Duties and Responsibilities will include:


Achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of facility and sanitation, and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
Planning, assigning and directing the Front of House department staff members
Management of menus and wine lists 
Increasing food and beverage sales through excellent customer service and promotion of wines, events, upgrades, packages and utilisation of other sales techniques
Purchasing and pricing of goods whilst ensuring correct costing and margins across all Food and Beverage areas

The SEO Manager is a client-facing senior role, focussed on leading best-in-class digital marketing projects across organic search. The SEO Manager works within an integrated digital team across a range of clients from varying industries, managing delivery of organic strategy across the portfolio.

A typical day will see you planning and implementing SEO projects for clients, advising on best practice and methodology, attending client reviews and meetings as well as training and providing analysis of results. - Take ownership and drive the SEO strategy of your clients, with support from the wider team.

The ideal candidate’s experience

- 3+ years' hands-on experience in an SEO role, ideally with SEO Lead or Manager experience. Agency experience is also a bonus.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience across the following platforms is highly desirable; SEMRush (or alternatively Ahrefs), Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Preferably you will have an understanding of how SEO compliments Paid Search and Programmatic Advertising also, with our wider agency having teams specialising in these areas.

- A strong communicator, able to effectively manage a team and balance priorities.
