We have an exciting opportunity for an Art Director to join our team for a 12-month paternity leave cover. The Art Director is responsible for leading, creating and executing the visual design and creative direction of visually stunning designs that effectively answer the brief and communicate each brand's message to its target audience. This position requires a high level of creativity, people management, time management as well as an understanding of the latest design trends and techniques. 

The Art Director will work closely with the Group Creative Director, designers, Project Managers, and other departments to ensure that all visual elements align with each company’s brand and messaging.

Day to day you will:

• Develop, maintain, and execute design concepts for a wide range of brands and mediums, including print and digital advertising, websites, social media, and branding
• Create design layouts, illustrations, and graphics that are visually appealing and in line with the company's overall aesthetic
• Generating clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure designs are fresh and relevant
• Ensure that all designs meet the company's brand guidelines
