The role of the Client Manager is to be a key point of contact for our clients and to support the development of strong communication recommendations across all channels, paid, owned and earned. ROLE OUTLINE
The role of the Marketplace team is to deliver the highest excellence in Implementation Planning and Buying, spanning both offline and online media types, powered by data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, efficient, and future facing way. The scope of Marketplace incorporates traditional media (TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video and Display) and the online evolution of traditional media (Addressable TV, Programmatic OOH, Music Streaming and Podcasting). The role of Manager within the Marketplace team is to oversee that approved client media plans are booked with the highest level of operational excellence.

WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING
• Oversee the delivery of best-in-class campaigns, in line with all planned parameters, in an efficient, effective, compliant, and future facing way, in line with Marketplace best practice.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the media landscape, able to articulate and train others on core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.
• Identify and lead product innovation opportunities for your clients and with your teams.
• Lead non-biddable projects across your client remit, working collaboratively with stakeholders to define and deliver success.
• Engage with internal product teams including GroupM proprietary solutions teams to ensure you have a robust understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients and can clearly articulate the benefits of their inclusion.
• Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed by you and your team, with 100% accuracy.
• Lead initiatives to improve both agency and client capabilities, working across vendors and partners to achieve success. Seek to find, communicate, and implement improvements in all aspects of the role. When required, a strict adherence to buying commitments that have client contract association.
• Support the planning team in the development of strong media plans that meet client objectives and KPIs.
• Support Associate Director and/or Director on investment decisions, audits, negotiations, and forecasting.
• Strengthen your skills of media planning principles, including agency practices and philosophies.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives, and be able to clearly articulate these to your team and your media partners.

Leadership:
• Ensure all new team members are onboarded correctly in line with the Enboarder workflow.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure that SOX controls, SLAs and KPIs are adhered to.
• Manage leave and team absences to ensure coverage for team responsibilities and minimal impact to remaining team members.
• Motivate the team to achieve individual, team and organizational goals.
• Develop and train team members to ensure they reach their potential.
• Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Conduct fortnightly 1:1 check-ins, annual Career Conversations and Annual Performance Reviews through Culture Amp.
• Liaise with the People Team to resolve all team disputes to ensure a safe and productive team environment.
• Create and foster a cohesive team environment through team activities and cultural moments.

POSITION PURPOSE
The primary objective of the Projects Contracts Manager is to provide a high standard of project & contract management throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This includes overseeing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and developing solutions to meet client requirements while mitigating risks and ensuring project deliverables are met.

The position reports to a Senior Project Manager or Program Director, within ANSTO Major Capital Programs, and is an expert in the delivery of infrastructure projects across all project stages.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
The key accountabilities for this position include:
? Provide quality project management to ensure the proper definition and then achievement of the stakeholder requirements. These requirements will include technical, budgetary, safety, environmental, commercial, regulatory, and quality assurance requirements.
? Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and deliverables with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
? Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and develop strategies to mitigate and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
? Facilitate communication and coordination between all project stakeholders, ensuring stakeholders are informed of contract status, changes, and any issues that may arise.
? Assist with the initiation of projects including consulting with clients and management to gain acceptance of technical specifications and business cases. This includes assisting with the development of cost benefit analyses of proposed options, seeking new solutions, and developing new techniques and methods.
? Ensure proper documentation of contract changes and amendments and maintain accurate records of all contract related documents and correspondence
? Address and resolve any contractual disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Liaise with legal teams to handle complex disputes.
? With guidance and support, manage and or engineer small projects from conception to finalisation, including scope management, supervision, cost control, time management, quality/safety/environmental and contract management ensuring work is delivered on time and budget.
? Provide quality verbal and written reports and presentations to stakeholders including the ANSTO executives.
? Undertake detailed project planning including developing a project plan to deliver the project
either based on approved funding or in order to attain funding.
? Manage project risk by proactively tracking cost forecasting, task scheduling, contract administration and resolving critical issues.
? Deliver client focused solutions with the ability to influence, negotiate and liaise with senior staff including developing reports. Manage customer and key stakeholder relationships and ensure they are informed of project progress.
? Develop and utilise judgement and technical experience to undertake development and design consistent with current standards and statutory requirements.
? Ensure appropriate supervision of installation and construction is maintained to certify that the prescribed standards of workmanship are maintained.
? Finalise projects by undertaking project evaluations and liaising with key stakeholders to identify defects, maintenance schedules and commissioning requirements.
? Proactively seek both formal and on-the-job training, development, and mentoring opportunities.
? Develop internal and external networks to allow for external collaboration and sharing of information.
? Undertake additional duties as required and during period of leave of other staff.
? Work as part of team in delivering product solutions to customers.
? Manage multi-disciplinary projects from conception to finalisation, including scope management, supervision, cost control, time management, quality control, and contract management ensuring work is delivered on time and budget.
