The Business Banking Services (BBS) team supports the full spectrum of customers? needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporations. We have accountability for Merchants , C ommBiz , Corporate Cards, Transaction Banking , G eneral Business Banking as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience . We support business customers across voice, messaging, automated chatbot and email channels. Service Assurance supports B usiness Banking during major service outages, ensuring major i ncident s that impact business customer s are proactively captured and fixed as a priority. Throughout the process, we ensure our staff and customers are kept informed via various internal and external communication channels . This role is a 12-month fixed term opportunity with a view to permanency for a Communications Manager to work in Business Banking
