To be the right person for this role, you will have significant experience within the telecommunications industry and unified communications and have developed competence in a range of Unified Communications technologies. In this role you will:

• Be involved in the scoping and delivery of UC solutions for SME and mid-sized customers
• Provide onsite and remote support for voice infrastructure and associated technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of Unified Communications problems

• Contribute to on-prem and cloud deployments
