The Role
Bega?s Koroit site manufactures a range of dairy products including skimmed and full cream milk powders, buttermilk powders, milk protein concentrate, lactoferrin powder, retail milk powders, anhydrous milk fat, liquid cream and butter. The site produces a staggering 35 tonnes of lactoferrin extract annually. Lactoferrin is a naturally occurring iron building protein found in milk, and it is regarded for its anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is a newly created role at our Koroit site. The primarily role this person will do is support the Koroit IT network requests and the Bega excellence program.
