As a Department Manager you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your store. You ensure you have a Great Team and support their development, working with succession planning, talent development and structured performance management for your team based on results, values, and leadership.   

Key responsibilities: 

• Regularly analyse and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and together with the Visual  

• Merchandisers you take action to maximise sales.

• Ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool.  

• Together with your Visual Team, you ensure the implementation of the Commercial Handbook.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to join our Real Estate Management Services team based on-site at a Centre in Newcastle.

Working across a single client, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of the clients’ assets. Your ability to manage budgets effectively and contribute to investment plans to maximise asset values will also be key, as will the ability to control costs and expenditure.

Other key accountabilities include:

• Ensuring building compliance and driving initiatives on engineering standards across the business.
• Developing and enhancing the team’s portfolio of services.
• Managing the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
• Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues.
• Reviewing the monthly operating expenditure against budget.
• Working with Property Managers to produce monthly client reports as required.
• Managing data within the facilities management software.
• Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.

• Ensure that all site content is accurate, consistent, and on-brand, maintaining a distinctive tone of voice for both Lendi and Aussie brands. 

SEO Tools and Best Practices: 

• Drive the SEO and organic strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to drive organic uplift.  
• Utilise SEO tools and best practices to identify content gaps, opportunities, and drive an increase in conversion from organic traffic. 
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure the company's content strategy remains effective and competitive. 
• Lead SEO manager, supporting proactive contribution to initiatives / direction.  
• Identify gaps and opportunities in our content strategy with SEO manager based on search data / traffic.  

Content Management and Optimization: 

• Build and maintain the content calendar across key channels to meet campaign deadlines and email journey objectives. 
• Own the development of a content governance system, maintaining and optimizing older web pages for continued relevance and performance. 
• Manage the day-to-day content operations, including page-level creation, formatting, editing, testing, and optimisation on the company's CMS. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Design, Engineering, and Distribution to develop page templates and components that are on-brand and optimised for SEO. 
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the content strategy aligns with broader marketing and business objectives. 

Performance Tracking and Reporting: 

• Track and report on key performance metrics related to organic traffic, content engagement, and SEO performance. 
• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the content strategy, ensuring it meets business objectives and drives growth.
