ServiceNow is seeking highly motivated and professionals to join our Support Account Management (SAM) Services team and play a critical role in delivering world-class customer satisfaction, as SAMs help ServiceNow change the way people work.

The SAM will be delivering both proactive and reactive services and act as a central point of contact for all support-related activities. You will be a member of a highly skilled team focused on a select set of high profile, strategic customers whilst delivering a high-quality service.

Additionally, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are clearly identified and resolved effectively.

• Use industry leading software management tools to proactively identify potential degradation of service issues to mitigate and/or resolve business impacting events for customers.
• Deliver business value and solutions by understanding and aligning ServiceNow applications, features, and benefits as it relates to our customer needs.
• Drive regular scheduled customer conference calls and customer meetings to ensure the continual flow of information with timely updates on all open cases, changes, problems, and on-going projects.
• Facilitate summary status reports, including monthly performance reviews and quarterly service reviews.
• Act as the facilitator between customers and ServiceNow with reference to mandatory upgrades, patches, and security requirements.
• Manage, document and report on performance against service level agreements (SLA's) and where SLA’s are not being met document and oversee an action plan that will result in meeting and exceeding those commitments routinely.
• Drive continual improvement for the customer and their environment through trend analysis and partnering with the internal account team to be a champion of change.
• Review open cases, problems and changes communicating aligned priorities to assigned ServiceNow teams to ensure a timely response and resolution.
• Act as an escalation point for customer impacting business critical issues.

You'll be responsible for: 

• Deliver best in class implementation of our Digital Media campaigns within the HX teams.

• Input into planning including provision of relevant data and recommendations around digital activity and tactics.

• Proactively source audience data to inform broader planning collaboration with the wider investment team.

• Assist in the development of insights for reporting, laddering up to the business and human outcomes.

• Assist Digital Managers and Directors across the team to deliver client deliverables.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience across paid social, paid search and/or programmatic channels.

• Demonstrable knowledge of social, search, and/or programmatic management tools.

• Proven experience of exceeding campaign objectives.

About the role
We are looking for a professional, innovative and driven Sales Executive who can maximise revenue potential by continually developing Konica Minolta’s market exposure in ACT. We are looking for drivers, individuals who live for the next big challenge. You want to and can make an impact every day. We seek to employ the brightest and most forward-thinking talent.

In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary accountabilities are to: 

• Drive market share growth through existing customers and new business.
• Drive sales and manage internal processes from pre-sales to delivery to ensure success and achievement of targets.
• Provide timely and accurate completion of business plans, forecasts, internal order processes and customer management.
• Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts.
• Maintain & regularly update CRM.
• Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio.
• Be an active member of the ACT Branch - helping to drive innovation, continue the development of a high performance culture and contribute to the achievement of Branch goals.
• Exemplify company values and adhere to policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

• Previous sales experience.
• Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.
• Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans.
• Proven business development experience.
• Proficiency with CRM applications.
• Exposure to sales training methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
• Australian driver’s license.
