Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining and growing existing key accounts, the Key Account Manager at ACL Industries plays a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and driving sales revenue.

- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and aligning ACL products with customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, nurturing connections with stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Drive sales and revenue growth within key accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Complete all sales reporting accurately and promptly within ACL systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Understand the business needs of key accounts and align ACL equipment and consumables to meet their requirements effectively.

- Utilize analytical skills to analyze key account performance metrics, including sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, to drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
