Talent’s Managed Solutions business was created following demand from the technology sector for different recruitment supplier models.  Our solutions are diverse, bespoke and customer orientated. They are designed to last through evolution, and as our business continues to adapt to the changing technology landscape so will this team.  Our Consultants operate as part of the client's team, going to market with the client brand but with the support of the Talent business.

We are now looking to hire an awesome TA Partner for our growing team where you will be deployed onsite with one of our clients.

This role is a 6 month max term contract.

Some of what you'll be doing:

• Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates from the technology & digital sector
• Building and managing talent pools proactively
• Utilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies
• Effectively managing the expectations of hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews, assessments, offers and the on-boarding of new employees
• Act as a daily conduit with the Talent International digital recruitment team to leverage a wider candidate base

The Team & Role

• Working alongside an established Senior Account Manager who has clients across a range of industries. Roles are a mixture of Permanent (40%), Contract (50%) and Fixed Term (10%).
• Working a mixture of PSA and New Business accounts across all things Technology but also HR, Finance & Engineering roles
• You will also be working alongside another Candidate Manager, part of a wider team Candidates Managers in NSW
• We currently have a hybrid working policy, 2 days WFH and 3 in the office with Monday & Friday our anchor days.

What we are looking for

• Consistency - Averaging 5 new roles per week, ability to prioritize and manage workload is extremely important.
• Candidate Control - Understanding individual client needs, full candidate management including sourcing, screening, and placement through to post-placement care.
• Organised – Ability to manage your own time, use Bullhorn, Outlook LinkedIn Recruiter, and client systems effectively.

• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies, including VMware and Docker.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective collaboration abilities for both internal teams and external clients.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to embrace extensive travel, approximately 75% of the time, to engage directly with clients and ensure the successful implementation of storage solutions.

Key areas you'll contribute
Strategic Advisory Role:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert on Data products.

Operations Management and Escalations:

• Handle daily technical operations and escalations, collaborating directly with customers and development teams for issue resolution.

Implementation and Customer Engagement:

• Perform customer installations, upgrades, and expansions, while leading regular monthly and quarterly customer review meetings.

Product Evangelism and Support:

• Act as an evangelist for Data products, providing guidance and support to assigned accounts.

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration:

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, collaborate with account teams to provide technical guidance, and actively contribute by submitting feature requests and bug reports. Coordinate with product marketing and development teams based on customer feedback.

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with complex IT solutions.
• Extensive knowledge in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and storage.
• Strong understanding of file systems and expertise in scale-out NAS implementation.
• Advantageous experience with S3, high-performance computing, and lab/hardware management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial environment.
