Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated practical experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or other engineering design software. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.  Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team-oriented environment. Providing daily drilling data uploads to the company data storage system. Geological logging of drill cores on a daily basis, involving: Quick log (skeleton log) – for daily drill hole progress reporting, and;  Detailed logging of holes (geology, alteration, mineralisation, structures) using a digital tablet for data entry. Importantly, geological logging must be able to:  identify intrusive rocks (e.g., diorite, monzodiorite, monzonite, granite), volcanic (andesite, basalt) and volcano-sedimentary rock types (volcanic breccias, greywacke, sandstone, siltstone), alteration types (e.g., quartz, garnet, sericite, chlorite, epidote, albite, K-spar),  minerals (e.g., pyrite, chalcopyrite, covellite, bornite, hematite and magnetite); as a priority, to keep up with the daily geological logging of drill holes, in-turn which helps to meet the Kincora schedule of drill core processing, sampling and assaying requirements. Plotting of drilling geological information onto cross-sections to show drill hole progress towards the target(s), Undertake a review of drill holes logged, once the geochemistry data is returned from the laboratory, to improve and refine the geological information logged. Guidance to the field team in regards to diamond drill core processing with accuracy and also at a high standard at the core yard will include, but is not limited to: diamond core orientations and core tray mark-ups,  recording of drill core recoveries and accurately assessing core loss, drill core photography,  cutting (including cut-sheet preparation) and sampling of drill cores,  use of standards during sampling and analysis. Actively contribute by way of monitoring and reporting on safety to help ensure personal safety and also the safety of team members and associated contractors.
