Develop and optimize mechanical designs for new and existing products. Use SolidWorks or other relevant engineering design software to create detailed 2D and 3D models. Scan vehicles to create appropriate files for client designs. Conduct simulations and analysis to ensure designs meet performance, quality, and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, production and quality assurance, to ensure designs are practical and efficient. Prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation for production. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and manufacturing techniques. Qualification. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated practical experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or other engineering design software. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team-oriented environment.
