The ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
- Be a strong leader, inclusive of others and bring a positive attitude every day
- Have a knack for building meaningful relationships with peers, families, and children
- Have a passion for the RIE approach affirming that caring educates children about themselves
- Be open to our unique way of programming and practice
- Be ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Be relentless in your pursuit of excellence for children
Essential Criteria:
- An ACECQA approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (we are also willing to consider working towards)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Passion for children and Early Childhood Education and Care
- Proven mentoring and/or leadership experience.
