You'll boost digital audience and engagement, ensuring top-quality content delivery worldwide. This role sits in our News & Sport Social team, collaborating across departments. We need an experienced digital journalist skilled in writing, video, and social media. You'll craft compelling copy and produce video and graphics with our team. Experience managing YouTube channels and social media is a must, along with a passion for news and current affairs.

Day to day includes, but won't be limited to: 

• Working with journalists, producers and editors to create bespoke digital content

As the Application Support Engineer, Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA), you will be responsible for managing the identity systems, services and environments.  This is an important role within the cyber security team and will provide an opportunity for someone to contribute to a significant uplift in Nines security posture.  This is a permanent full time opportunity. 

Key accountabilities of this role is to 

• Be accountable for providing the operational support of Nine's identity and access management (IDAM) systems and assist with their ongoing deployment.

• Identify ways to improve performance and stability of the services and applications through continuous improvement and automation.

• Collaborate with Nines IDAM stakeholders and contribute to the deployment and improvement plans for the Identity roadmap.

This role combines expertise in cybersecurity with effective change management strategies to enhance Nine’'s ability to protect sensitive information and mitigate cyber threats.

Key accountabilities of this role is to: 

• Develop and maintain cyber security training curriculum that aligns with best practices, regulatory requirements and Nine’s business needs

• Create training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and workshops to educate employees on cybersecurity concepts, policies and procedures

This opportunity sits within the Digital Audio pillar of Nine, where the focus is driving advertising effectiveness for brands across the suite of Nine audio streaming and podcasting assets. As this is a new role within the digital Campaign Operations Team, you will work closely with the Audio Team Lead to ensure delivery of all digital audio bookings, in addition to contributing to revenue growth for the business.

At the core, you will manage end-to-end digital audio ad campaigns, handling tasks like booking approvals, performance monitoring, budget delivery optimization, and troubleshooting. Day to day you will:

• Collectively prioritise campaign launches across your list of dedicated sales teams, ensuring a smooth go live process that is in-line with our Service Level Agreements
• Implement optimisation tactics as required throughout the lifetime of the campaigns to maximise delivery and revenue

In other words, our systems are core business critical systems that manage all revenue associated with broadcast.

The immediate focus of the role will be on the continued improvement and scalability/reliability of existing systems, longer term you’ll contribute to building the next-gen of Nine’s sales, advertising management, and revenue systems.
