How you will make an impact as a Mental Health Clinician We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse to join our dynamic team focused on women's mental health. Your success in this role will be in your ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrate flexibility, and provide exceptional care across three service areas: inpatient, day program, and outpatient individual therapy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to patient-centred care and contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve the mental health and well-being of the women we serve. About you As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will bring your experience and treat patients with a number of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. You will work as part of our clinical team, optimise patient safety and ensure the delivery of an exceptional patient experience. You will have:
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
A bachelor's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing or equivalent, or a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent plus an approved postgraduate qualification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a hospital setting
Demonstrated capacity and initiative to operate with autonomy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
